We keep our BBQ spots "secret." We don't advertise, have fancy signs, or TV programs...like in Memphis. At specific times of the year groups of men meet and dig open an old cement colvert pipe. In that pipe is lots of turkeys, pork butts, roasts, and other good stuff. They lift the meat out of the ground and everyone takes some. This is the real way to BBQ.
