If you saw Dave's blog about how to build a deck...you will see that it took two days. I'm going to show you a deck that was built in two hours! It was a cooperative effort between The Weitz Co., KBM Construction, and Nana Construction. The engineering service was also by Nana Construction. (double click to enlarge pictures)
Without a blueprint or printed plan (only a rough drawing in the mind of the engineer...construction started. The plan by The Weitz Co. was to measure once and cut twice.
At this point it was decided to measure twice and cut once.
The "vice president" of The Weitz Co. had to step in and handle the job of "trigger person."
So "what does the blueprint say to do now?"
