This is a meeting of our "Council." It is not really a council. Almost each evening it will start with a couple of people putting their lawn chairs in the road...as a signal. Before long just about everyone is sitting in the road talking and telling stories. Everyone turned out for this picture because we had a big watermelon left over from our Branch picnic. Everyone showed up to help eat it. We have solved the troubles of the world several times. If we could get Pres. Obama to listen we could straighten out this country in one evening. This is a really fun group to live with and associate with. We will miss them when it comes time to leave in Nov.
This is a photo of one of my squash plants. I could not build a square foot garden so this is my Home Depot Round Bucket Garden. We brought a couple of bags of Mel's Mix with us and used that in the buckets. Everything is growing great.
This photo is for Joy....look closely at the green tomatoes...and eat your heart out.
This one is also for Joy. You planted your tomato plants atleast one month before these.
This what my Home Depot Round Bucket Garden looks like. I have two squash plants and 5 tomato plants. The rain and humidity is really working great. Harvest time is just around the corner. I'm taking my bucket garden with us to the fairgrounds when we move.

It looks like you guys are having a great time. Thanks for the example you are providing to us all....the kids tell people that their nana and grandpa are missionaries.
